Renee Yukich - Director and Speech Pathologist

Renee is a highly skilled and compassionate speech pathologist who excels at quickly building rapport with clients, families, and all external stakeholders. She is deeply committed to valuing each client and their family, working collaboratively to enhance their communication and overall well-being.

Renee has a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of speech pathology areas, Renee specialises in breaking down the essentials of communication to its foundational elements, helping the client thrive across various environments. She is supportive in the moment and
actively collaborates with the allied health team as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Michelle O'Donnell Senior Speech Pathologist and School Consultant

Michelle is a speech pathologist with nearly 35years of experience working within and alongside schools.  She has specific interests in early identification and referral of kindergarten children to public and private supports through screening programs.  Schools can also seek out independent language assessments to support funding applications.  Michelle is an experienced autism diagnostician who has worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team including allied health, paediatricians and a child psychiatrist. Michelle is available for school consultations, screenings, LDC applications, funding applications and teacher education.  She is also available to complete secondary autism diagnostic assessments, in collaboration with paediatric and psychiatric staff. 

Jessica Scarfone - Therapy Assistant & Sounds Write Practitioner

Jess is a current Speech Pathology student who is assisting clients in reaching their goals. She has a passion for empowering people through improving their communication.

Jess is driven by her belief that communication is a powerful tool for social connection, self-expression and meaningful interactions.

Imogen Bittner - Therapy Assistant

Imogen is currently in her third year of studying Speech Pathology where she has developed a solid foundation of clinical knowledge and practical skills.

She recognises the importance of functional communication in fostering meaningful interactions, building relationships, and enabling self-expression. She is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their communication goals through person-centred care which enhances
quality of life. 

Recognised for her warm nature, strong communication skills, and reliability, Imogen approaches therapy with patience and adaptability, ensuring each individual feels supported and empowered throughout their journey.



Teniqua Gee - Practice Manager

Teniqua has spent the past 10 years working in the disability sector, supporting individuals and their families with care, guidance, and encouragement.

Her experience in different roles from Therapy Assistant to Team leader of Operations has given her the chance to combine practical skills with heartfelt support, helping people feel understood and empowered. What matters most to Teniqua is creating a safe, positive space where everyone feels valued. She is known for being kind, empathetic, and patient, with a genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities reach their goals.

Strong communication is at the heart of her work as she believes listening and understanding is just as important as providing support.
